Besides the fact that I’ve had a problem with Mapleton since the first day I walked into their doors and they have paid me off to remove my reviews twice already now they want to cancel my contract on me so I can’t get my remaining six oil changes and 4 tire rotation‘s they will screw you over in anyway possible they have lied on my contracts I traded in multiple vehicles and they didn’t tell me they were adding on $6000 each time I traded on a bigger vehicle they are the biggest shysters in the world and once I get your mon... read more
Went in for a oil change I had an appointment for and waited a little over 3 hours for them to finish it. After I left I noticed the receipt they gave me was for someone else’s vehicle. This place is a joke. To top it off, when I bought my truck there we agreed on a price and the next day when I came in to finish the paperwork they added on $1500 to the original price we agreed upon bc the truck “needed repairs”. I would highly recommend finding a different place to take your business.

This place has been a joke from the beginning between the finance department and parts department. I would never purchase another vehicle from them.
I have to say that I have been in sales before and it is tough and takes a special person to be in and be successful! “Tex” was the gentleman who helped me. He was pleasant patient and enjoyable to work with. He has gone the extra 80 miles and hours+ to help me and done it with a sincere smile! He was not pushy but genuinely worked towards my needs! I was in a tough spot and needed a car asap. I went to Napleton's Mid River Mall Jeep, Darylle Marcus was my salesman and I explained my situation and he really helped me out and was very friendly and Informative. Also GM Mike was willing to work with me and Eric our finance guy was amazing. Thank you all for helping us. My overall experience was great. Super friendly environment. Helpful, not pushy. Instead of bringing the most expensive cars out first, Jessica showed the lowest priced car on the lot first ( and I didn’t ask her to do that). The finance department was great in breaking everything down and helpful in figuring out my needs. All in all a great experience !
