I was in for an oil change and tire rotation on Tuesday, October 20. I had an appointment. Arrived about 15 minutes prior to my appointment time. After approximately an HOUR AND A HALF, a service guy came out and told me they were almost done, sorry it was taking so long, they aren’t a Nissan dealer so they didn’t have the right parts..... or something.
