Great customer service. Tex is great and I will send anyone I know over to him. He is an honest person and doesn’t try to push sales on something you don’t want. I have had many bad experiences in the past with other dealerships but Tex will bring me back for any other vehicles I buy in the future.

I went to 3 different dealerships and Napelton was wiling to work with us. Actually, the other dealers weren't even close to the deal that we closed! Also, Ally, our sales girl, took the time needed to help us find the perfect model for us. She didn't try to up sell us but really helped us understand the options.
