This was a great experience. Sheldon Casey did an outstanding job. Very friendly, professional and informative. He worked very diligently to answer question, provide additional information, and ensure we were satisfied and comfortable with our new 2020 Grand Cherokee. Five Star Service!

Worst experience at a car dealership ever ( and I've bought 5 cars in the last 5 years). We have never felt more disrespected and unappreciated. The people who contacted us prior to visit were good. but apparently have no communication or teamwork with the salespeople. They also were aware of issue with a used vehicle that they didn't disclose. I wouldn't trust them.

This is the best dealership I’ve ever been to. The sales department and service department have been wonderful. My salesman Nate was very helpful getting me an amazing deal on my first Jeep Wrangler. He introduced me to the service department and they have also been great! Nate made the process a lot easier than other dealerships I’ve been to in the past. The thing that I like the most about Napleton is they don’t leave you in the dark. Great communication and professionalism! Will be back for a Hellcat one day!

Worst car purchase experience ever. It took 3.5 hours to close/deliver the purchase of my son’s new Jeep which was already under contract. Their delivery process and communication needs work! I did not appreciate the rudeness of the GM (if that’s his title), Logan Sanford. Unsatisfied customer.

My girl went a bought a car in December but since she was young they decided to take advantage of her “sold her a warranty” but changed the price but didnt put it on the purchase form then when she went up there for her transmission they told her that she “had to many miles on it” which was only a week after she bought the car. Now 8 months later we found that her car is shooting oil all over the inside of the hood and after they performed the oil change they got oil on the leather on the center console. Ridiculous customer service. I bought my car early June and was promised a spare key. Multiple times I was told I would receive a spare key. I called up there about 10 times the first month and got the run around by multiple people. Voicemails left unanswered, promised call backs that never happened. I got sick for two weeks and then finally made my way up there to ask about my keys and why no one has responded to me.
