This dealership is one of the worst, I have had nothing but problems since I bought my Jeep in 2018. The service department is a joke, with terrible customer service. My Jeep was supposed to be picked up by the valet at 10, but wasn’t picked up until 11. Then I was told the services I needed would take 3 hours tops, including switching out a battery on a key fob. My experience at Napleton’s Mid Rivers was phenomenal, thanks to Sales Associate Nate Moore. From when I first arrived, to when I signed the paperwork. There were some things we didn’t agree on, but he did everything in his power to get us on the same page and to a number we both were comfortable with. If you are ever looking into getting a new vehicle soon, ask for Nate Moore and he will be sure that you are taken care of in a timely manner.
