Don't make a quote on a vehicle, then give it to finance just to have them do whatever they want. If the buyers tell the sales associate they don't want all the extra warranties, and bull. Not only got screwed on the trade-in, by 3000 low end 6000 high end. Even almost 5000 less than what was quoted fro KBB. Meanwhile being in a hurry, we got a good rough price for the sales we were working with, only the absolutely numbers in the quote, no extra crap (extended warranty, services, key replacement-none of the unneeded items).... read more
