RecommendedI would highly recommend Mid Rivers Napleton. My salesman Ryan Pieske was very professional & very helpful. He explained everything about our 2011 Jeep. We truly enjoyed our experience.
I went in to look at a van advertised online. I was told that the van was actually several thousand dollars more than the price they emailed me. I was also told all Chrysler dealerships advertise that way. I bought elsewhere. At a Chrysler dealership that told me Ryan lied to me.

I took my car in for an oil change and some warranty work. The service advisor who took my car and pulled it around back came only centimeters away from wrecking it into the back of a parked car. I talked to the service manager about this and he said accidents can happen. That is true but I feel my chances were greatly decreased by getting my keys back and leaving before they were able to do the above work. They do not respect your property and you would be wise to head elsewhere for service.
Ra’Kim Carpenter Jr. was a very great Sales Consultant to my mom and I. He was super honest about cars and actually helping us with prices as well! I would definitely recommend him! Once we decide which car to get, I am going straight to him! Thank you again for all of your help!! Can’t wait to get my new car very soon!! 😇😎
