Amazing Staff, very organized clean and caring. Dr. Miao, Michael bedside manners is exceptional. He takes his time to listen and cares about how you’re feeling doesn’t rush you at all. Definitely I recommend him to everyone 100% specially if you want a doctor that wants to help you out. Thank you again.
Dr Miao is simply the best. I’ve had surgeries and multiple issues for years dating back to a college athlete and few, if any doctors, have been as amazing as he is—don’t go to anyone else.
Visited with Dr. Miao to determine if the rotator cuff that I had repaired in 2007 by another surgeon had re-torn. His exam was very thorough and he answered all of my concerns very professionally.
Dr. Miao is a consummate professional who articulates his findings in a manner the patient understands. Because he is punctual, your time is respected! Plus, he devotes the necessary amount of time with you in order for all of your questions to be answered. In addition, his staff is very professional. He is the best!
Everyone from the front desk to the doctor were professional, friendly and very knowledgeable.
A bit of a wait but worth it. Very efficient well run practice.
Horrible experience. I had an appointment but the doctor didn’t even come close to keeping it. I waited in the lobby for 2 hours and 15 minutes, then was taken to a room and waited more. I got less than 15 minutes of the doctor’s time. He was very obviously in a huge hurry and wanted to finish with me and move on as quickly as possible. I left with questions unanswered. Staff was rude to me, dismissed and ignored my call questions, said to me “Let’s get this over with” and cursed. I will not be back to this practice. My expe... read more
Excellent Doctor and staff. Very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.
obviously during covid the wait time was maybe 15 minutes in the waiting room and 20 minutes in the examination room. Dr. Miao was very pleasant offered sound advice and recommendations. I did not have any issues with anything.
