I would definitely recommend Dr.Miao. He was so professional and explained everything to me in a manner that I could understand. Dr. Miao then gave me my opinions for treatment and told me to think about it, and when I was ready to call his office with my decision. My overall experience was great.
Everyone listens to the patient. They all have a very positive, caring attitude. They explained everything they were doing and what to expect as the process continues. Dr Miao and Tiffany took the time to make sure that they answered all my questions and concerns.
Dr. Miao is very knowledgable and took time to explain everything that I was having problems with. He gave me a few options and the one I picked at this time has helped a great deal. I would highly recommend him.
Dr. Miao never had time to see me. I set appointments with him, but always someone else had to cover for him.
Dr. Miao had my best interest in mind. He took the time to explain all of my options and when I asked for a recommendation, his answer wasn’t what makes the clinic the most money, but what he sees as the best course of action. Can’t say enough about Dr. Miao’s attentiveness and interest in making my visit a great experience.
I was prepared to have my surgery with another physician. I thought maybe I should get a second opinion because I had heard many people say they just live with it. I am 71 yo but still very active. Dr Miao was very thorough with his exam and drew pictures and showed me on X-rays where all the problems were. Then he told me exactly what he would do to repair it. Dr Miao and his Staff was very friendly, polite, and professional. Wait time was short and I like XRay & MRI done in Office so he could give me my options and begin treatment for pain from Arthritic Knees immediately. Dr Miao is very knowledgeable and made me feel confident with the Diagnostic Plan. I plan to continue with Physical Therapy and look forward to my follow up visit. Hopefully, with good progress after my Steroid injection today. Thank you Dr Miao and Staff for a very informative session.
Call Dr. Miao in Desert orthopedics may have incredible credentials. The entire operation is not patient friendly. It is impossible to contact someone by telephone because for months now they have been putting in a new system. This is Las Vegas people we can have a new telephone system put in in a matter of hours if not … But they use this as a buffer. Appointment setting was easy. Nice offices. Very little wait. Excellent caring staff. Dr Miao was very pleasant and answered all my questions in detail. Did not feel rushed or hurried. Highly recommended
