Went to get evaluated for pain and cramping of my left leg. Office procedure was excellent. I could register on line ahead of visit which saved lots of time. Staff were all professional and friendly. Actual process was well thought out. X-rays first, then PA then Dr. Miao. Both the PA and Dr. Miao gave me a thorough exam, explained what my problem was and discussed physical therapy as a solution. Very through examination. Very detailed explanation of the X-rays. A plan laid out to continue to resolve the issue. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Miao was great......came in for both my knees......he told me what was going on with them and pointed me to the correct doctor......would highly recommend Dr. Miao......
The employees at the reception desk were very friendly and got people checked in very quickly. The wait in the examine room for Dr Miao was very short. He was very thorough in walking me through the results of my tests and answered all of my questions. I did not feel like he was trying to rush or to get to the next patient like many other physicians do.
I saw Dr. Miao for my knee and he was fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and thorough. I'd definitely recommend him to my family and friends.
