Dr. Miao was extremely thoughtful and kind. He is extremely thorough and extremely conscientious. Would recommend his services to any of my friends and fanily.
I had pretty high hopes coming in. I was looking for peace of mind and guidance on my knee pain. That is not what I received. He was very short and did not provide any information on what might be wrong, possible outcomes or treatment plans, just gave me a PT referral and when I asked a follow up question about what’s next he said he “didn’t have a crystal ball”. Doctor was very informative and very gentle with me. Even when giving me shots in both knees.
Dr Miao is very rude and doesn’t care about the patient he never answers your questions he doesn’t explain anything he just wants to put money in his pocket
Dr. Miao is very professional and knowledgeable with great bedside manner. He thoroughly asked and checked all aspects of my knee issue. The office was inviting and all interactions with staff were great. Highly recommended.

I was very impressed with how quickly I was seen when I got to the office. The doctor was honest with me about everything and gave me options for follow up care. When I left the office I felt taken care of and was told to expect a call in the next couple days to schedule follow up care. I ended up being called the same day and was able to schedule everything I needed for the next day.
Dr. Miao was very compassionate and spoke to my daughter not just to me. He explained his opinion carefully and made sure she was included. He could have recommended surgery for profit but did not. Very kind and patient. I highly recommend Dr Miao.
I would definitely recommend Dr.Miao. He was so professional and explained everything to me in a manner that I could understand. Dr. Miao then gave me my opinions for treatment and told me to think about it, and when I was ready to call his office with my decision. My overall experience was great.
