Dr. Miao careful explained the procedure prior to the surgery and the exact result afterwards. I had a successful procedure that was well done.

ongoing pain Left Knee for about 1 month. No injury
Everyone from the receptionist to Dr. Miao were incredibly polite and inviting. Dr. Mario took the time to go over every detail of my visit and the procedure he would preform in great detail. He had his assistant, Tiffany come in to go over the process I will be facing making me feel at ease . She and Dr. Miao are absolutely AMAZING!!!
I had arthroscopic surgery on my left knee over a year ago and over the course of the following year I continued to have issues with my knee. I was never seen by Dr. Miao even after the surgery but by the NP. I didn't see him until the 3 month visit. Durning the course of the next year when I had issues I was given appointments with the PA and given a cortisone shot despite the fact that my knee was still in fairly bad pain. Dr. Miao is amazing and has great bedside manner. I never felt like he was talking over my head and he was very patient and understanding. I gave 4 stars because I had difficulties straightening out my insurance with the office. They said they didn't take my insurance but after a few phone calls we discovered they did. Took me 2 tries to see him.
I have been a patient of Dr Miao since 2014. He has treated both knees & my shoulder with great outcomes. He listens patiently & offers options for treatment as applicable. Based on my personal experience with him, I consider him to be an outstanding specialist.
I was able to get appointment the day after I called. Office very nice as well as the staff is very friendly. Not crowded and no wait time. Dr. Miao provided excellent care and treatment. I look forward to my follow up visit with him.
