I bought my 3rd subaru but it was my first time buying here. My salesman Rob Schwarz was very knowledgeable on the outbacks and didn't give us the impression of being pushy. He was patient with us when we asked him a lot of questions. I'm going in next week for them to put in a tow hitch so we'll see how the service dept impresses me. The manager Brian was also very nice to us.

While in the market for a new Subaru I visited several of my local dealerships with no luck. I later called Hohl Subaru and spoke with Rob and Dom. Within the first 10 minutes we were able to agree on an OTD purchase price. I then drove 140 miles to the dealership. When I arrived Dom presented me with a purchase price LOWER than the price we had originally agreed upon. The deal was better than any local deal in my area. The service I received would have been well worth a 300 mile drive.

I was waiting a couple weeks to post this as I wanted to make sure everything came back as promised, and indeed it has. I spent several weeks emailing with Kevin Gallegos back in August 2014 about buying a 2015 Legacy base model. We even went in for a test drive. Loved the car, liked Kevin, but a few things came up that made it not the right time to buy a new car. Just got a new 2015 Subaru Impreza from this dealership. I was surprised by all the negative reviews as our experience was painless. I knew our budget and had done the research to know what I should be paying for an extended warranty, interest rate I qualified for, and service plan. Well, I want to start out but saying I love Michael Hohl Subaru! I've purchased 2 Outbacks from them and both times were a hassle-free, pleasant experience. We used to be a Honda family (go figure), but all of a sudden, we transitioned to Subarus. My older brother was the first to purchase a Subaru and he went to Lithia, then my younger brother followed soon after, also purchasing from Lithia. I was on my way from San Francisco to Santa Fe just a few days before Christmas a couple of years ago. As I came out of the Sierra (in icy, gravelled conditions), I started hearing a terrible griding/scraping sound on my front right tire every time I pressed on the brakes. I suspect it was probably a stone stuck between the brake pad and rotor, and knew that if I kept driving like that, I'd gouge the heck out of the rotor. OMG i bought my first brand new car from here , a 2016 subaru forester. Best car ever. Its my first subaru and I love it soooo much. I went in , gave what I wanted to spend and drove away in my car same day. Just like that. so, yeah 5 stars .
