Michael Hohl Subaru serviced us well. Dom Cavallero is the man.Called, made an appt and the day went very smooth. Took us on a test drive. Told us about all the components. We were interested in a basic Outback. Dom had a couple available to look at close by. He told us more cars were available with more options if we wanted. We told him how much we wanted to spend and he came very close to that price. The finance department was fast and efficient. Again offered packages but didn't push them on us. I had the pleasure of finding my dream BRZ here at Michael Hohl Subaru. I received exemplary service overall especially from my Sales Advisor, Parker Backstrom. Great Service, all the way through Finance without any high pressure. All forms clearly explained, even the tax situation between Nevada and California which can be a bit confusing at first, but they have a service that takes care of the extra registration steps for you.

Absolute professionalism. My car went in for service at the appointed time. Service was completed in a timely fashion. I was kept informed of the progress. My trip to Hohl was to correct an issue created by Timmons Subaru in Long Beach, Ca. Thanks Hohl for a great experience.

My mom and I have now bought 4 cars from Michael Hohl in the last 2 years. If that doesn't say amazing I don't know what does! We always use Nick Reinhardt and he continues to go above and beyond every time! I can't imagine buying a car from anyone else. Nick is very professional but makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend Nick and Michael Hohl for your car buying experience.

I typically don't write reviews, but I was surprised to see so many poor ones on here, I had to share my experiences with this dealership. I moved to Reno from the Bay Area 3 years ago. I just purchased my first Subaru and it was the best customer service experience I've ever had!!! Kevin G is the best!!!! He spent hours prior to my purchase making sure that all of my questions were answered and I was getting exactly what I wanted. He then spent two hours sitting in my car when I purchased it going over every single things.
