I recently needed to schedule an appointment for a safety recall notice on my Subaru Outback. Both Allysa and Logan in the service department were outstanding. Friendly, polite and very importantly got me in right away. Another Subaru dealer closer to my home did not reply to my three messages to schedule an appointment despite me reminding them on voicemail that it was a critical safety issue. The airbag replacement and another issue were taken care quickly and efficiently at Michael Hohl. I am very pleased with them.

We came from Reno to buy a new Subara after Lithia dealership in Reno tried a bait and switch! Couldn't be more pleased! Salesman Rob was a delight to work with. Sales manager Jeff was great! Whole staff amazing from when we first walked in. There's a reason they are a 30 year locally-owned family run business. If you need a Subaru drive to Carson--so worth it! Their follow-up was fantastic too! Don't buy from anyone else!!

Dom was a pleasure to work with on purchasing a new vehicle. Incredibly patient with me as I test drove many, many cars until eventually settling on a 2017 forrester. He got me real quick answers on financing options but took the time to show me how all the technology in the car worked. The finance rep was also very nice, clear and not pushy. I'd highly recommend buying a vehicle here. I think you get more personal attention at a smaller dealership like this but good selection.

I bought my 2015 Crosstrek here brand new, and have had it serviced here ever since. Logan in the service department is exceptional. He is super genuine and literally goes out of his way every time to meet my expectations of a great service experience. I love Subaru and Michael Hohl!

This was the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. Our salesman Parker never pressured us or tried to sell us something we didn't want. He just showed us what he had and let us decide. No back and forth negotiating. The finance guy was just as nice. I would highly recommend buying there and if I needed to buy another car I would go there again.

I've never been a fan of car dealerships. But I was forced to go to Michael Hohl's in Carson city because no one else would work on my car here in Lake Tahoe. What a pleasant surprise! They fixed my car in a timely manner and kept me constantly updated on the progress of the repairs. They were honest, polite, and their shop was clean. My car has never run better!

This is my second Subaru at Michael Hohl and this one was even better than the first. Rob Swartz was fantastic; he made the process easy and enjoyable. I also financed my car through the dealership and that was the most easiest, no hassle process I've experienced in lending. I got a great car and a great rate. Thanks Michael Hohl.

Dom is a very good salesman. He puts the customer first and takes as much time as you need to explain everything to you. He took extra time and care to explain all of the vehicle features. Nick was very helpful as well. If you need a Subaru these guys will take excellent care of you. Thank you!
