We went to Michael Hohl Subaru with a preapproval from our bank. Kevin and Jeremy were able to beat our bank and give us the monthly payment we wanted on our new car. We know we will be back to Buy our next bahicle from them in a year and a half.

I typically hate car dealerships, I feel I've been pushed around and lied to. I'm from Reno so I first shopped at the Reno Subaru store, as well as the Ford dealership, and it wasn't a pleasant experience. They were pleasant to talk to, but tried to put me in vehicles that I didn't want or with extras that I didn't need. I traveled to Carson and had a much better experience. I recently had a transmission problem with my Crosstrek with only 6,000 miles but it was covered by the dealership thank goodness. From the time I called the Subaru roadside to the completion of my repair I was meant with a pleasant staff especially Logan in the service department. He was very pleasant and professional handling my problem.
