I LOVE my Subaru Legacy that I purchased from this dealership nearly 6 years ago. That's a big deal for me because I have always gotten a new car after 3 years of driving one. I've lived in So. Lake Tahoe for over 30 years and had my last Subaru for over 18 years. My 1997 Subaru was the most reliable, gas efficient, low maintenance, and â??excellent in the snowâ?? car I ever had! However, it was time for a new car. I bought a 2019 Crosstrek a couple weeks ago from Dom. Dom made this car buying experience one of the best and easiest I've been through. I was having trouble with my car, so I called the service center, and spoke with a gentleman named Celso. We had discussed the symptoms that my car was experiencing and he recommended I have it towed in, as it was in limp mode, thinking it was probably a blown transmission. I took his advice and had it brought in the following morning. As it turned out, my transmission had blown and needed replaced, thankfully still under warranty. New to the area and decided we needed an all wheel drive vehicle. We ended up buying 2. One for my college-age son and one for me. I could not have been any more impressed with the informative, low-key, helpful attitude that was displayed by my salesman Rob. Purchased a 2014 Subaru Outback at Michael Holh Subaru. Made an appointment with Dom and all went well from there. Dom had two cars waiting for us to test drive. They were the basic models just like I said I was looking for. No pressure from him. He is very knowable about the cars and what they offer. I loved the no pressure help he offered. I felt like Dom was on our side helping us to negotiate a deal. My husband and I are very pleased with how things went. We will go there for our next purchase and ask for Dom.
