So happy I took the extra time to come to this dealership, Great service and friendly staff! Very helpful. I've only had service work done her so I don't know about sales. If your from Reno take the extra time to come here, there way more honest and reliable than Litha!

Great experience here! Wasn't able to buy a vehicle (looking for pre owned) today but overall was very impressed with this car dealership. The sales team was very helpful and not pushy. They respected our price range and did a good job helping us understand our options: new, used, leasing, etc. I hope in the future to buy a car from them if they get a used vehicle in our price range and the model we want. This place is great, look no further for a solid Subaru dealer.

New to the area and decided we needed an all wheel drive vehicle. We ended up buying 2. One for my college-age son and one for me. I could not have been any more impressed with the informative, low-key, helpful attitude that was displayed by my salesman Rob. Loved, loved, loved, working with this dealership. Had to buy an AWD vehicle for our son heading to Denver for college. The car we requested on the phone and the paperwork were waiting and ready when we arrived, and exactly as we expected. Absolutely everyone we spoke to and worked with were knowledgeable and helpful. Dealing with buying a car is a tough on going battle. Whether I made or make a deal with Michael Hohl, they have been nothing but the best when it comes to customer service and interactions. Tons of places in Reno will bait and switch do whatever lie they could but in here, honesty has been where it was at. Dan has followed up every single time there was changes. Thank you!

Its been along time since I felt like taken care off. But you want a professional environment and buying experience stop by and give the Michael Hohl Subaru team a shot. Brian Green was awesome. I called and told him what I wanted and not only was the car sitting up front and waiting for a test drive. I just leased a 2015 Outback from these guys and I have to say that dealing with Homi was a pleasure. He was helpful and followed up with me but was never pushy. I was a little disappointed that they did tell me I could get the Costco auto program "deal" there and then it ended up that I couldn't but we worked out a deal I was happy with anyway. The other few people I dealt with were friendly also and while I know it's their job to sell what they can, I didn't really feel pressured.

The service department here is fantastic and reliable. I recently took my Subaru Outback in for a major service and the service advisor, Logan was so polite and professional. He answered all of my questions honestly and was very helpful. I am a loyal Subaru customer and I will return to have my Subaru taken care of here. Thank you!

Hassle-free and pleasant car buying experience!
