Each winter I drive from TN to CA and back in my Suburu. As a result, I have had service at Suburu dealers for routine maintenance in several cities. I have to say that the service and especially the service rep here were excellent. I've never had better customer service. The rep explained more about what had been done and the condition of my car than any other service center. I can recommend it highly.
I usually do not relish the task of purchasing a new vehicle, but luckily I happened upon a great sales trio that made the chore much easier. It was an easy transaction that originated on the internet and finalized in the show room. The price was fair and the paperwork competently handled. The Service Department actually seemed to take an interest in my satisfaction. There is a high likelihood that I will refer friends to this dealership. Go for it.

I bought two Subaru Foresters from Michael Hohl last year and my salesman, Dom Cavallaro, was so helpful in every way.
