The entire staff was kind, patient and listened attentively. My questions were answered. I felt the team, and certainly the doctor were excellent In dealing with a person who needed to understand her medical situation and how to deal with it, the care needed and how and where to get it.
This was a follow up visit with Dr Feanny (I was happy with the doctor after 1st visit). Arrived for my appointment early. After 20 minutes I received a phone call reminding me of my appointment while sitting in their waiting room. Was told when follow up appt was set up that no referral was needed. Appointment card didn’t have referral required checked. Was asked for referral and wondered why they hadn’t followed up prior to my arrival. Dr. Feanny and his Nurse are the BEST! They are always so good, on-point, tells me the truth while I wait for my miracle. Lol. I been his patient for over 15 years and was never disappointed. My knee replacement went well. Still walking and exercising my legs. Total Orthopedic is a blessing.
