OK, yes... 1:30 appointment, did not get X-rayed until almost 2:20 or see the Doctor until almost 3:00 but very professional and thorough, explained everything. No complaints. Other than the visit taking longer than I'd have liked (have not found many that don't have similar challenges), I thought it was a above average in terms of professionalism (in this case, diagnosis of the problem and recommended course of further diagnosis and the most likely follow on treatment.
Very long wait times. Crowded waiting room every time. You might get 5 minutes with the Dr. Feanny. Short time, abrupt with explaining, cold bedside manner. Most of his patients waiting were worker comp injured. On my visits and long waiting, his patients talk to each other and none were happy with his level of patient care or concerns or recovery. Seems he cares more about company Worker Comp ($$). I changes orthopedic doctor and happier. Will not return and could never recommend.
Dr is amazing and companionate
I went to see Dr. Feanny today and he was absolutely wonderful. Super professional without being stiff, showed true concern for not just my condition, but the possible side effects of the pain med he prescribed for my fracture. He took his time during the examination - I never felt rushed - and he was very thorough yet gentle, and he explained everything to me. The whole process was as good an experience as ever I've had seeing a doctor. Fantastic through and through, fracture aside. :)
Dr Feanny was very professional and the whole experience with aftercare from my surgery went well. I am very pleased with his care and outcome of the surgery. Would highly recommend this doctor.
He had me out in less than 10 min. I went in for a tumor on my thumb which had been biopsied and identified as a glomus tumor. He just looked at it and said, no, I was wrong.They couldn't find my faxed records to prove it.I'm also an RN. I know what the biopsy said! He was extremely arrogant and unsympathetic told me to see another ortho as this was a too simple case for him. I should just take the biopsy record and shove it in his face!he didn't even try to help me after I waited almost 3 hrs!
Dr. Feanny is part of a group of Orthopedic surgeons called TOC. They're very bad record keepers. If you have a billing error it is months to straighten out, which will include hours on the phone with your insurance company and their facility. Wait time far exceeds the 45 minute slider on this site. I was very unhappy with this place. They even charged me $10 for an xray and then provided the wrong one, which I didn't know about until I took it to another doctor. Stay away from these people!!!!!
