I love Dr. Feanny! He has been my orthopedic doctor for close to 20 years. He has done 2 major surgeries on a very badly injured leg and I have referred him to numerous people, two who had knee replacements with him. The only downside to his office is there is often a long wait to see him. It's gotten better recently since he added his PA. Horrible service starting from the front desk receptionist all the way to Doctor Michael Feanny. The worst doctor experience I ever saw in my life. I will never go back to this office. The doctor was not professional at all, so in a rush to get out the door. Was so irritated when asking questions in regards of a surgery he suggested the patient need. He got mad when I asked how many days of recovery will be necessary after the surgery, what is the name of the surgery he will perform on the pati
The rudest doctor I ever saw in my life. Not professional with the customers. Had to wait more than 2 hours in the wait room, in order to be seen by the doctor. After all the time I spent waiting to be seen, the doctor was in a rush to leave, without even taking the time to explain my condition, saying just I need a surgery at the shoulder. And to call him when I decide if I want the surgery or not. But he never educated me what involves a surgery, what are the risks involved, if any. Nothing.
Dr. Feanny he pays close attention to my needs as a patient I trust in his decision Also enjoying the abuse at physical therapy lol they are awesome.
