I have called three (3) times, waited for 15 minutes or more with each call. Each time someone answered the phone at the desk on his floor, however they blatantly hung up the phone in my ear. There was no please hold, let me check, or no concern about my brother. ( he was transferred there Fri. 9-2-16) I hope this is not the service is receiving. Lacks a little on customer service but overall great experience so far. I'm 100% and they've taken care of me from the time I got out. The guy that got me my VA ID went out of his way to get me that since my ETS was wrong on the system. I know I kinda HAVE to use them but I still would even if I had other insurance.

Depends on the clinic and which way the wind blows. Dermatology average. Cardiac care, run for the hills. Hepatoligy over worked and under staffed. Doctors at hep have Poor demeanor and act like rather be somewhere else.
Greatest medical team ever. Vascular is amazing as well as cardio. Very happy with how they have treated my father. However some nurses on the 11 the floor should not be nurses. Lazy night shift except for a few. Lilly and George are awesome thank you for the care you gave my dad. ISCI and CCU nurses rock the house. Excellent care and I was able to rest while he was in those areas. Thank you all for what you have done for my dad.
