If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. Let me start by explaining I have lived in this apartment for two years and never had any issues until recently. They have changed new management and they also have new employees. First let me start with if you live in the back there is a freight train that goes by in the morning at **** every Friday and blows their whistle I know that this isnt the apartment but keep reading of you plan to live here. Ive never experienced unprofessional and shady business practices like this in my life!! They randomly upped our rent by double and would not conduct a walk-through with us. We have photographic and video proof of where we first moved in and when we moved out and when we received our move out statement they added $105 cleaning fee. I honestly do not understand how they are still in business as you can see all they have is one star reviews! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
THE MARQUEE APARTMENTS BY MG PROPERTIES is run by deceitful scammers. Ive expressed my distaste for their lack of service several times by email and phone on multiple occasions. My apartment was never cleaned upon my move in. The microwave door was broken, toilet was leaking, faucet leaking, mismatched blinds, peeling vinyl on the floors, and wobbly drawers and cupboards with peeling coating. I have photos to prove it. I currently Reside at the village of iron ******* and this summer has been h*** literally for myself and my family. The ** unit doesnt cool down the house I am just racking up electricity **** and no matter how many times I complain and ask them to come and fix it for me they send someone and they tell me its fine. When I signed with them, they tell you the application fees are non-refundable, which is fine.But application takes 3 days, and took more with mine as they asked more information after giving 60 days paystubs, 60 days bank account, they asked for more! and wanted to see my other bank accounts! ****************** does not care about the safety and well being of the residents. They just don't take care of the place, including the swimming pools, appliances, water system etc. No one is here to help if you have a maintenance emergency. They have a number to call, but no one answers. Can't even leave a message. Went all weekend without AC.
this property management company, does not take responsibilities for their mishaps with residences. c*** roaches in my unit, after pest control comes out, no resolve. only had half a unit after me and 50 others units were flooded from lack of roof repairs ( not an act of God). domestic violence above me and in the area majority of the time. a previous resident was murdered across the unit they failed to disclosed. unfinished trim work and install in my unit that was suppose to done along with the flooding repairs that damage... read more
They wouldnt take responsibility for their mishandling of us in our move-out process with a lease break. Regional manager was supposed to reach out to us and never did. I called and left a message, and she also never returned this.I hope they right the ship, though Im not holding my breath. Seems the problems run deep.
