MG properties does not follow tenant laws in the state where I live. They are extremely greedy, have rude staff, and not only do they not return deposits at move out, they charge you literally thousands. We will be pursuing legal action, and if you do your research they are already involved in multiple lawsuits. Terrible company, keep away from any property they manage it has been a nightmare dealing with them and we are in the process of taking legal action against them.
Extremely rude staff, shady practices regarding leases and hidden fees, terrible maintenance where we were left without AC for weeks (and this continued to happen on/off again for four years). Potentially will not follow AZ rental laws regarding security deposits and will post an update here.
I won't disclose the name of the property where I lived with my roommate, as I prefer not to mention the exact location. The property was owned by MG Properties.After moving out, we were assured during the inspection that there wouldn't be any charges. However, we've been receiving numerous emails and phone calls from them about charges that they haven't explained or provided evidence for. This company is super poorly run. They don't know how to do basic stuff like transfer your renter insurance to the new lease. Know they trying to charge me for thier renter insurance on top of mine at $50 a month for **** renter insurance. I called and email them three plus times to get this fix and it never does. This place will try and milk you out of your money in any sleezy way possible. Avoid renting from thie property management if you can!
I live in one of the properties in ****** ********. I moved in July 2022. I was given one price to move into my apartment three weeks later I have a past due amount with late fee. I went to the office manager and was told I was given the wrong amount at move in I advised that she needed to remove the late fees. Do not rent from this corrupt company! They do not care for the tenants! Every month there is a new fee. Management has changed i dont know many times! Office staff send the wrong emails to people, and double assign parking to tenants. Save the headache and rent somewhere else. If you write a review they tell you to email or call the office. Lucky if you even get a response.
*********************** Apts website took an initial $253 for an application and holding deposit. Site crashed and supposedly my money was refunded. Not received to this day. I re applied then cancelled my application, and have yet to receive the additional $253 back to my account! Corporate nor complex is returning my calls.
I'm still in a state of loss about being charged an exuberant move out cost for an apartment I lived in for 6yrs. I lived in *************************************. I lived without issue with management or management with me. I paid on time and didn't miss a payment for 6yrs. But at the time of my vacating the apartment, I get charged with carpet replacement and wall painting a total of $1634.00. Renters beware! MG Properties charges outrageous moving out costs if you decide to leave ****************** located in *********, **. Initially, this was a great community to live in. We have lived here for over three years and have enjoyed the beautiful landscaping, all of the amenities (pools, gym, dog park) and our friendly neighbors.
