I booked a 3:00 PM appointment but was told on arrival there was no availability until 4:00 PM, due to their booking system. There was no apology, and although I was seen at 3:30, the appointment felt rushed. Jason was still with one client while Kerry had seen multiple, which added to this feeling. The blow dry was done on high heat, and I didn't feel the product was properly rinsed, leaving my hair dry and frizzy. I was also only told at the end that they accept cash only.
