Dr. Jerry Catt is a very kind, competent, and compassionate physician that truly cares. Sadly it’s rare to find a doctor of this quality these days, and so I am very appreciative of my time with him. I have also found the receptionists to be very friendly and caring. If this facility is able to improve their very confusing fee/insurance/billing policies I will be happy to return.
Dr Katt and his assistant made me feel comfortable and reassured. They were very friendly and helped out with a facial wound that was separating from Mohs surgery that I had gotten done somewhere else. There was no wait at all to get in and see him. And he let me know what was going on every step of the way with cleaning, fixing and rebandaging. My wound already looks 100 times better and I am so happy I went in. Receptionist was kind and helpful as well when I had called before I went. I definitely recommend this place.
Fast . Very knowledgeable . Easy to talk to
Took someone else there. They do ask for your ssn and that shouldn't be the case. Other than that, they got the job done! Alot faster than waiting in the ER & self pay not a problem if you don't have insurance. Nice employees too!
Very nice staff- no wait time- great experience from the moment we walked in to talking with nurses and the doctor being thorough. Would highly recommend and will be coming back in the future!
