I went in to Mercy Health Urgent Care, after sitting in the ER for 3 hours at OSF/KSB. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and caring, for my needs. Diane was very friendly and helpful and reassuring getting me entered into their system. Dr. Andruisis was very informative, and concerned with my needs, and took care of my issue right away. Dislocated my shoulder and the staff there were amazing getting my shoulder back into place. Very friendly and communicative. Best hospitality I've received in an urgent care.
