I had a great experience at MercyHealth Urgent Care in Dixon on Sunday! The nurse, Lindsey, was super sweet and helpful. Dr. Catt was able to quickly assess my knee pain, get x-rays done, and write me a referral to Orthopedics at OSF in Dixon. I was only there 90 minutes! The rest of the staff was also exceptional. Because of this wonderful medical team, I was able to see Orthopedics this week and already have an MRI scheduled. Highly recommend this place for your urgent care needs!
The staff here are so friendly! Fast service, and they are very knowledgeable. This is my new go to place, and it should be yours also for medical treatment.

We 100% recommend! So kind from reception check-in with Madolyn, the top notch nurse Alyssa who made my son feel reassured and calm, Dr. Ishaq being very personable and the kind Xray tech Eileen. We have peace of mind now and we were blessed by the care we received! Thank you!!!!! Nice new and very clean too! In and out in 40 min!
Everyone from the receptionist to the Dr was wonderful. Very kind and helpful. Best urgent care I've ever been to.
