After disappointing service from another local company, I called Mercurio’s based on recommendations from the nextdoor app. Service was quick, friendly and the tech was very informative. Rates were also lower than another Tacoma company. Future business will go to Mercurios.

In October I had a bad experience with a plumbing/furnace company from Kent and so when I had another furnace issue this week, I needed a company I could TRUST. I called a friend and Mercurio's was recommended as she has been helped by them and found them to be trustworthy. We had some initial hangups with getting the equipment into the house. Mercurio’s was on it right away. Charles came out to help us figure out how to get the equipment close enough to the house to make it all work. Tom was very sweet and did such a great job on cleaning out the dryer venting. Seriously looked like new. I have found my new home for all things furnace related. Thank you Mercurio’s for exceptional service!
I was given all the information needed to make good choices about replacing a part now or “could wait”. Other companies have pushed me to replace expensive parts immediately when I had a furnace only 6 years old. Also, they were on time!
I just had my systems serviced by Brandon. All is good! I have been a customer of Mercurio's going on 15 years. This includes commercial and personal services. I've found the office to be very efficient and their technicians very competent, professional and polite. While not every job has been completed perfectly the first time (law of averages), when something happens out of the norm, they jump through hoops to get me taken care of. I highly recommend them!
