We finally had a gas line brought into our kitchen for a new gas stove we have been wanting for years. They scheduled our appointment within a week, the installers were polite and did an excellent job, and the installation fee was lower than expected. We trust this company to services our future gas, and electrical needs exclusive. ****** *.

Barry is awesome! We had a diagnosis from another company and a hard sell to replace the furnace and even ductwork. Given that the house was inspected just 2 years ago and the furnace serviced twice since that time with no issues identified, I asked a friend to recommend another company and called Mercuriosfor a second opinion. 1) quote included everything. parts, labor, tax, permits....everything. Nice to know exact cost upfront. 2) techs were timely, efficient, answered all questions and worked with me on placement of items 3) internal support of each other was not lacking. few of their co-workers stopped by to check on job and offered adfitional support where needed, if any. 4) salesman answered all questions in a timely manner and provided best cost saving suggestions

Exceptional service and professional, knowledgeable staff. Thomas J****** was my technician. He diagnosed a failIng blower motor during initial inspection visit when he also cleaned entire heating system. He suggested an ECM (three-phase electric) replacement which he installed. The new motor is 80% more efficient! Thomas was also able to locate a squeak in the inducer. No previous company has been able to do this in 11 years. We were told that they do free estimates. A technician came to our house, looked at our system, but DID NOT fix it. We now owe them $167. Honest businesses don't need to lie and cheat to stay around. We wouldn't' have minded paying, but don't lie to your customers. When we called, the woman was rude and uncaring, and told us that we must have misunderstood. The old bait and switch.
