Really fantastic response, from initial call to service repair. The gentleman that came to the house was named Jeff. I appreciated the phone ahead to say he was 10-15 minutes away. Once here, he wasted no time in getting the furnace taken care of and what I really appreciated was he found some issues from the original installers that needed attention, and he took care of them quickly without charge. Great service, price and peace of mind. Will refer them gladly.

We have had three Mercurio's technicans provide service over the past three years. They have provided timely repairs when needed and we now have had them complete our annual servicing. The employees have been neat and pleasant too work with each time.

Great company! They replaced our furnace when we bought an old house and then helped us rewire our house. It was a big investment, and Mercurio's did a great job. They're also great with scheduling, maintenance, and follow up.

Alex Warren and Britney Watson showed up on time to perform the services I needed. They were really respectful of my home and communicated really well with me as some of the things I thought I needed didn't actually need to be done. Wow. They saved me money! I have done business with Mercurios for a long time and they are honest and fair. These two service technicians were amazing however, and really went above and beyond.
I was a little anxious about the service call because they’d quoted more than others over the phone, but the technician arrived very close to the beginning of the appointment window and not only did his job thoroughly, he also called another tech in to help with a separate but related issue that he was not an expert in. In the end, not only was the job done well and within the timeframe allotted, but they were able to resolve other issues as well.
