I had a technician named Jeff come out to diagnose the issue with my furnace. He was extremely thorough, professional, and friendly. This was a very positive experience and I will continue to contact Mercurio’s for any issues that may come up in the future.

We love this local company. Have used them for heating and electrical many times and referred them to others. Most recently we had a heat pump installed and it works terrifically. This is a really great local company. They just installed our brand new gas furnace. Geat price and wonderful employees. They have serviced our old furnace (installed 1970) over the years, and it finally died.

We had our old furnace replaced with a heat pump/heat exchanger system by Mercurio's about 5 years ago. Got an informed estimate, cleaned our existing heating ducts, smooth install. Great guys! This year we had a furnace fire. Read on! Apparently, this was due to a manufacturer design flaw. We had to wait approx. 5 weeks for a part. It was May and we built fires and used space heaters because it was still cold at night and in the morning. When the part came in, it was the wrong one. We were at our wits end!
