We have a Ductless Heating/Cooling unit that was smelling musty and nasty, so we had Mercurio’s do a cleaning/maintenance on the unit. The technician checked out the unit and said it was fine, he never did find the source of the bad smell that I complained about. We insisted he try to do something about the smell so he sprayed coil cleaner on the coils. Mercurio's came out and installed a 2.5 ton A/C system in my house in about 6 hours. 89 degrees outside and it pulled my 2 story house down to 70 degrees within 3 hours of them starting the system up. The install looks clean and professional. Very satisfied and happy.
We are very happy with the 3-head Daikin ductless heat pump we had installed one month ago by Mercurio's Heating & Electrical through Tacoma Public Utility's rebate program. We chose them from three bids; Tim was very helpful in the submittal process, and Hank and Mike did a great job on installation! We appreciate everyone's efforts and the results! Cats are happy, too...
