Very thorough and professional job from quote to completion. I could have gotten better pricing through Costco, but the responsiveness and service provided by a local company outweighed the small price difference in our decision The installation was smooth and clean, and the crew were friendly and professional.

RecommendedWe're in the process of selling our home and needed our furnace serviced. Mercurio's had an opening the next day. The tech was very nice and called when she was 20 minutes away. They have easy to use text message reminders and provided a receipt through my email. We were very satisfied with the service!

Could not be more satisfied with the ENTIRE (from planning to quoting to scheduling to installation to financing) experience we had with Mercurio's. IHad a defective heat pump controller that took three weeks to finally finish. Most of the time was because we are out on an island. Parts were needed: the new board had a short so rewiring was needed to bypass, new thermostat was needed to better control system. The first visit did not completely determine fix. The next three calls technicians were very knowledgeable overall. For the last issue controller board tech support was needed. Brandon was great! He installed 6 overhead lights in the garage and corrected some electrical work someone else had done! Will definitely use them again. The whole thing was a pleasant experience and it’s great to get someone that knows what they are doing.

Mercurio's was so easy to work with, they were accessible, always on time and did an excellent, through job. I especially appreciated the extent to which their technicians explained everything they were doing and making sure we understood how to best use our new equipment. We will use them again whenever we need help with out heating/cooling system.
