1) quote included everything. parts, labor, tax, permits....everything. Nice to know exact cost upfront. 2) techs were timely, efficient, answered all questions and worked with me on placement of items 3) internal support of each other was not lacking. few of their co-workers stopped by to check on job and offered adfitional support where needed, if any. 4) salesman answered all questions in a timely manner and provided best cost saving suggestions
Very prompt, professional and friendly
I needed a HVAC venting job in my rental home. With 1 phone call, followed by a scheduled appointment I received a bid, followed the same day with an install and a completely finished job. I was so impressed with the efficiency, the cleanliness , and the work that I will only use this company in the future. This company has integrity and a strong work ethic that I appreciate!!! We were told that they do free estimates. A technician came to our house, looked at our system, but DID NOT fix it. We now owe them $167. Honest businesses don't need to lie and cheat to stay around. We wouldn't' have minded paying, but don't lie to your customers. When we called, the woman was rude and uncaring, and told us that we must have misunderstood. The old bait and switch.
In a world of declining customer service and unhappy employees, Mercurio's is a diamond in the rough. I was blown away by the level of customer service that I received from my service technician Alex Warren. His knowledge and professionalism made my experience with this company 100% satisfied. We have had three Mercurio's technicans provide service over the past three years. They have provided timely repairs when needed and we now have had them complete our annual servicing. The employees have been neat and pleasant too work with each time.

Great company! They replaced our furnace when we bought an old house and then helped us rewire our house. It was a big investment, and Mercurio's did a great job. They're also great with scheduling, maintenance, and follow up.
