After our absolute horrible experience with customer service of a furnace install with *** ******* *** ******* ********* *********we contacted Mercurios. We hoped to be assured the equipment install was done correctly and safe. Jay the technician exceeded our expectations and then some. He educated us, was thorough, and incredibly professional. Bottom line up front: doing business with Mercurio's is a risk because management does NOT take responsibility when employees provide subpar, unprofessional service. Highly recommend. Recently had them install a new Heat pump and Furnace and clean the ducts. Salesperson Brandon answered all my questions. Installers were extremely professional. Also thanks to the office personal - they too were great.

The salesman that came in was very nice, but unfortunately I did not feel like my needs were heard at all. It felt like he came in with the idea that he wanted to do a ductless heating system, when we specifically wanted to use our existing ducting. I did not feel like our wants were listened to.
