In April of 2021, I had Mercurios come out to assess my heat pump which was no longer working due to low refrigerant. Once they arrived, they confirmed the system had a leak and told me it would be $1400 to diagnose at that time and depending on what it is, they may be able to fix it for that as well. I thought that seemed expensive, but they were there and I needed my heat pump to work. Good service, polite tech- outrageous pricing. $730.00 cost for a 50 minute call to install a $30.00 igniter on a furnace. Seems price gouging is rampant these days, tech was even embarrassed at the cost

On 4/19/21 a tune up was performed on my gas furnace and ** system. The ** system had not been checked in years because it is used so infrequently and I had never had a problem with it. The technician said it was cooling properly and had a full charge of Freon. I was then advised that Freon was no longer being used and I should consider replacing my ** system. RecommendedMercurio’s installed my furnace, A/C unit and gas fireplace back in 2009. They did an excellent job and continue to do superb service throughout the years. I am going request their technician Thom come back out after today’s great service call to replace my hot water heater. Mercurio’s does great work, has very friendly staff, and provides excellent service!

BUYER BEWARE! They dont know what they are doing! They charge you for things they don't do and the time to do things they never did. They misdiagnosed my heat pump. They cost me more money after their visit. They caused my heat pump to overheat, smoke and grind during what should have been a simple service call for a recently tuned up heat pump. They have terrible after service, customer service. DON'T TRUST YOUR HEAT PUMP OR A/C WITH MECURIO'S !!
