RecommendedMercurio’s installed my furnace, A/C unit and gas fireplace back in 2009. They did an excellent job and continue to do superb service throughout the years. I am going request their technician Thom come back out after today’s great service call to replace my hot water heater. Mercurio’s does great work, has very friendly staff, and provides excellent service!

BUYER BEWARE! They dont know what they are doing! They charge you for things they don't do and the time to do things they never did. They misdiagnosed my heat pump. They cost me more money after their visit. They caused my heat pump to overheat, smoke and grind during what should have been a simple service call for a recently tuned up heat pump. They have terrible after service, customer service. DON'T TRUST YOUR HEAT PUMP OR A/C WITH MECURIO'S !!

You provided us with invoices from a different HVAC company that showed you had issues with your heat pump dating back to 1/24/2019. They went out to your home on 4 separate occasions from 1/24/19 – 7/5/2019 to address your equipment.
