Mercedes Benz USA ,LLC Atlanta, GA customer service is very terrible. They do not care about customers concerns or complaints...Specially when your looking for a resolution. Their Case Management department which was a nightmare. I leased a brand new E400 cab from mbenz dealer in June 2018 and so far I’ve taken it 5 times for repairs, issues like roof making noise or leaking water, passengers seat repair and even trunk problem. I leased Mercedes Benz Model S550V in June 2016. VIN ***************** The car has been constantly having multiple issues during these two years. I have been taking the vehicle to the dealership almost every other month and service records will prove that. I spent nearly 80 grand on my 2017 and it has been by far the worst purchase of my entire life. I have no problem with cars having issues along the way but this is ridiculous. Non stop electrical issues just like I experienced with my 2015. The fantastic part with Mercedes is when they experience an electrical issue you get the pleasure of being stuck in first gear. So after being stranded 7 times now I will be donating this car and never purchasing one again.
I love, love, love my Mercedes Benz ML 350! I had a GL before, and although it had some impressive luxury, it was way too big for our three person family and took up way too much garage space. But my ML is perfect. The ride is smooth and I have not had a single problem with it in the three years that I've been driving it. One engine cylinder head problem was covered under warranty and I didn't have to pay a penny to fix it.
The overall sales and service has become a scam! Lies lies and more lies! MB of ** ********** - never go there! MB of ******** ****s - Never go there! Buy something else! Never again!
Reluctantly I have had 3 Mercedes financed with Mercedes Benz Financial Services which will be the last time I will buy a Mercedes and/or finance one through MBFS. I am now an Audi guy. Would never recommend anyone going to this dealership for repair! Had my 2006 e350 towed to MB of San Diego dealership for repair due to fuel pump failure, I thought it was covered by the extended warranty (*EW)! Called the MBUSA and a staff ensured that my vehicle was covered under the *EW. Before any diagnostic was done, the Service Advisor at MBSD insisted that the fuel pump is not covered by the *EW because it was not caused by a leakage. 4 Days later diagnostic results came in: there is a fuel tank leakage, and the fuel... read more
Since 10/19/2016 until 04/06/2017 they have had my car under full factory warranty for 81 days. They are willing to keep it longer and take cheap stabs at repairing the problem and the dealer seems to have tried to help to the limit of their ability to no avail. Got a lackluster response from HQ in NJ. Pretty sad company.
