I have been driving Mercedes cars exclusively since 1968 I sold my 2013 SL550 in June that I purchased from a local Mercedes dealer. I had several months left on my extended warranty. I was entitled to a refund of $875. I cancelled the policy on June 4th. When I called the dealer to check on a refund (over 2 months ago) he told me the company had sold out to another Mercedes dealership and no way to get my credit I have called Mercedes Financial,several times and got nowhere. The Roadside assistance is horrible. They did not have the proper name of the owner of the vehicle and refused to change it. Had to call 6 times and waste 2 hours.

I have a 2016 Mercedes Sprinter . The transmission would not shift right on a sporadic basis. I had the dealer look at the transmission while under warranty and no problem was found. The transmission failed a few months past the 36 month warranty and under the 36,000 mile period. It was replaced by a Mercedes dealer with a copay from me and partial payment by an extended service policy. I would like Mercedes to arrange for financial compensation to me, due to the problem was looked at under manufacturer's warranty.

I am going to wait and see how the Corporate Office of Mercedes Benz responds to my fax letter. I just sent it on Sunday. But all the complaints I have read thus far center around service issues at various dealership. Maybe whomever read these you might consider seeing what your service departments are doing to garner such bad reviews. Key locked dog inside on hot day. Corporate took a week to even get a reply to me and never offered any type of resolution. If I hadn't broke window dog would have died and they DID NOT CARE. A warning for low key battery came up a week after doing it three more times.

I am expected to pay $200,000 for an AMG GTR. I am 6' 5" 295 lbs, I need 41" of headroom. A factory GTR has 39.5" of headroom. So, it is simple, lower the seat, but "NO" slap in the face! Mercedes AMG advertises "Designo" "handcrafted" "handmade" "custom" seats, interior, "the car made to fit the driver" I asked for the seat to be lowered 2 inches, two inches, â??ï��Inches. 11-9-2018 On this day I went to the Mercedes Benz Dealer to make a purchase of a New Car.Salesman Mr.Rene R******** made me an offer to purchase my 2013 Medecedes C250, with WestLake Financial for $12000.He gives me 2 offers to choose.
