When a new Mercedes Benz becomes disabled, roadside assistance will not provide transportation for the occupants of the vehicle. Basically, vehicle occupants are left standing beside the road without transportation! Hope the car breaks at at safe location!

Here in Colorado springs, I took my Mercedes for 2 visits. The 1st visit was to fix a serpentine belt and a pump, I picked it up and after driving it smelt as if it were on fire and it was ticking. I called and the girl began to tell me of her issues and very disrespectful. The guy told me to drive it back after 5 days and they fixed a few more pulleys that I did not want them to fix, this was what they suggested..and my Mercedes sounds like a clicking dump truck and now they will not return my calls. Attn: Customer Service Mercedes Benz, I am writing this letter after having a series of parts and features fail on the Certified Pre Owned Mercedes I purchased in December of 2019. In the less than 1.5 years of ownership, the car has been serviced on at least 3 separate occasions. mecedes is a sham they want help us with a brand new slc43amg 2020 it was my fifth mercedes in five years. DON'T BUY MERCEDES THEY DONT CARE ABOUT LOYALTY. My new car has a loud squeal and they are telling me that it is normal.. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANOTHER MECEDES....AND BUY THEY WAY I HAVE IT ON VIDEO THEY TELL SORRY ITS NORMAL...

I ordered a GLE 450 from Mercedes Benz House of Imports in Buena Park CA in July 2020. Car came in 11/22/20 dealer didn't inform me car had come in that weekend. I reached out to them following Monday if car was in after waiting 4 months they said yes but by mistake they sold it to someone else. I couldn't believe what they told me. I was in constant communication with the dealership for the last 4 months have emails with confirmation numbers from netstar since first day of ordering. This is my second lease with Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek dealership. The first Mercedes I had for only 7months and the HVAC was messed up so they quickly put me in a 2019 C300 on 12/28/18. The car was beautiful, but only a few short months later I learned that it was a lemon car. The car has been in their shop a few times. The first time they stated there was nothing wrong with it. I went to the Mercedes Benz Stevens Creek dealership with the intention of purchasing a GLC 350e 4MATIC SUV. I enjoyed the test drive, but had my overall experience ruined by a racist incident. After the test drive I asked a couple of questions about the vehicle features. Unfortunately, the salesperson felt that it was an appropriate time to express some casual racism. POOR QUALITY CAR AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would like to bring to your attention a serious defect that has developed with my 2015 C300. This vehicle has done approximately 20k mileage and I have noticed the material that covers the roof to the back of the car has lifted. I simply parked the car in the sun and to my surprise, the material that covers the roof on the interior has lifted. DON'T EVER BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTY ON A MERCEDES VEHICLE I have been driving Mercedes cars exclusively since 1974. Since 1998 my wife have been driving 2 Mercedes exclusively. I purchased a 2013 Mercedes SL550 with only 8000 miles on it back in 2016 from Mercedes Escondido Ca. I sold my SL550 that I purchased from Mercedes Escondido in June.
