When a new Mercedes Benz becomes disabled, roadside assistance will not provide transportation for the occupants of the vehicle. Basically, vehicle occupants are left standing beside the road without transportation! Hope the car breaks at at safe location!
Here in Colorado springs, I took my Mercedes for 2 visits. The 1st visit was to fix a serpentine belt and a pump, I picked it up and after driving it smelt as if it were on fire and it was ticking. I called and the girl began to tell me of her issues and very disrespectful. Attn: Customer Service Mercedes Benz, I am writing this letter after having a series of parts and features fail on the Certified Pre Owned Mercedes I purchased in December of 2019. In the less than 1.5 years of ownership, the car has been serviced on at least 3 separate occasions. I ordered a GLE 450 from Mercedes Benz House of Imports in Buena Park CA in July 2020. Car came in 11/22/20 dealer didn't inform me car had come in that weekend. This is my second lease with Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek dealership. The first Mercedes I had for only 7months and the HVAC was messed up so they quickly put me in a 2019 C300 on 12/28/18. I went to the Mercedes Benz Stevens Creek dealership with the intention of purchasing a GLC 350e 4MATIC SUV. I enjoyed the test drive, but had my overall experience ruined by a racist incident. POOR QUALITY CAR AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would like to bring to your attention a serious defect that has developed with my 2015 C300. This vehicle has done approximately 20k mileage and I have noticed the material that covers the roof to the back of the car has lifted. I simply parked the car in the sun and to my surprise, the material that covers the roof on the interior has lifted. A review of the customer and vehicle history reflect this vehicle was purchased 11/30/2019, from an independent dealership. At the time of purchase, the vehicle was out of warranty and was 5 years old. Additionally, previous accident damage and previous owners were reported via the Carfax history. As such, MBUSA respectfully declined assistance towards repairs.
