Very disappointed in Mercedes - I expected so much more from a luxury vehicle. I bought my 2010 GLK pre owned. Within the first year my instrument cluster went out - which the vehicle is too young for a cluster to go out. I called Mercedes and they said that because I wasn't a "loyal" Mercedes customer aka I didn't take it to get serviced at a Mercedes dealership 100% of the time that they could only give me a 10% discount.
