Do not call parts department because you will wait 20-45 minutes on the line. Mercedes do not have enough people to work ,that I get answer from employer who work there. Greed will put Mercedes down. Making so much money on sale , repair and parts and do not want to pay extra couple workers on parts department. I will post this problem on Facebook and Instagram .

One week after I bought my 2021 Mercedes GLE 350, 7/1/21, I had to take it to the Mercedes dealer as the entire infotainment system and electrical in the car was malfunctioning and the car became immobile. Apparently, the manufacturer didn't allow the AC condenser to drain outside of the car instead, it was draining inside the car under the floor board. I took me 2013 Mercedes-Benz s550 Black to Mercedes-Benz 0f Collierville 4651 S. Houston Levee Road in Collierville Tennessee because my engine light had came on. I drop it to Service advisor Camden B**** which was extremely helpful and professional. I have owned several high-end German-made cars. However, my GLE AMG coupe is the first Mercedes I have owned. I have enjoyed the car! The warranty on the vehicle runs for four years and 50,000 miles. I was under mileage and well short of the April 2021 date when the warranty expired when the navigation system failed. As luck would have it, the problem seemed to correct itself on occasion, with some of those times being at the dealership to have them look into the issue. I went into Mercedes Benz of Midlothian in March 2021 for an oil change since I've had the vehicle 6months. May of 2021 I took my vehicle back to Mercedes Benz of Midlothian for a headlight replacement. I received a call that my oil pan was cracked. Alan M advised me that my warranty would not cover & I would have to pay out of pocket after refusing to submit my claim to my warranty company. I want the company to respect the right of all customers to be given truthful and factual information, be trustworthy, and honor their prices as advertised. The Mercedes Benz Dealership in Bluffton SC website contained bogus pricing on advertised vehicles.
