I have a 2014 E350 Mercedes Benz with 80,000miles now, ****** miles from me, Mercedes Bebz said the car passed Mercedes Benz certified inspection, I trusted this inspection just for the Rear subframe to completely brake due to rust, that they said was preexisting before my purchase but aren't willing to repair because the warranty has expired. This complaint is about *******************************************************.I had what seemed like a racist experience in their service department. My mom bought one of their cars which happens to be low quality despite their brand and price. It is always in service. This time the windshield washer fluid pump broke, but it has only around 50K miles. We've owned many other brands, but this is the first that broke at such low mileage. I got an extended service warranty on my Mercedes Benz. Due to COVID was unable to get me car serviced. Because it got expired, the company will not extend it even after I have explained to them the reason why I was unable to go to get the service done. The complain cannot be heard by anyone else. There is only 1 person that will make the decision. Even if you complain to the **** it comes back to the same person. There was no notification from the company that your warranty will be expiring. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. I have never dealt with a MORE horrible company than I am with Mercedes ************ Its been 4 months trying to get my car that I have been paying for every single month registered and I cannot drive the car because the registration. They lack communication. I have to continue to call every week for a status update and there is none. It does not take the *** 3 months to make a duplicate title. We bought a 2015 C300 from Mercedes in ********** **. The piston cracked at around ****** miles. They quoted $14,000 to repair it. Many people have had this problem with these cars, but after having the service manage not return our call and then the general manager nor respond to an email, we called corporate. They stated this was not a "known problem" with these cars. The lady said if it was a known problem, they would be hearing from their dealers about it and would then fix it under warranty. I have a 2015 S550 and it has only driven ********************************************************************************** the garage. It is the best car among passenger cars, and the quality of some parts on the exterior is very poor. The chrome-coated plastic on the radiator grill naturally swells and looks like water droplets. I bought at 2016 Merseds Bnz gle and I always go for service there since then while under warranty one door and sterling wheels was Pealing because of the heat they changed it for me then now even when I really take care of my car two more doors start pealing also because of the heat!!!!
