RE: Mercedes Roadside assistance program.My daughter required Mercedes roadside assistance after her car was disabled by a pothole, causing catastrophic tire failure. This occurred on a major trucking highway, at night, in 12 degree weather. The time of the incident was 7:30 PM. After waiting on hold for over 30 minutes for someone to answer the roadside assistance hotline, the representative indicated a tow truck would be dispatched, "right away." 4 hours and two more phone calls later, a tow truck from three counties away ... read more

I am so mortified, that after 40 years of owning numerous Mercedes Benz cars, I am now waiting on the phone for over 2 hours and 45 minutes for a MBFS representative. Due to the automotive shortages nationwide, I extended my lease by four additional months but apparently, there is no record of such a transaction. Both me and my sales representative confirmed the transaction over a month ago! All i can say this location has been the worst customer service I ever had at a dealership. The latest situation was i had to drop off my car at 8:30am on a Tuesday, the person that was handling my check-in was *** it so happen he was sick, someone else helped me. I was talking my smart for two for fixing, but they never do that, but instead they charge a lot money for nothing, Also at the beginning they give me an price, but at the end they put different amount. But when I claim for thats, they said Im sorry is a mistake but we can fixing ASAP, but they never do that. By the contrary they past an big **** for the credit card company which they work. Bad experience with the Mercedes Benz dealership in greenway ******* ***** sales manager is so greedy and disrespectful I was ready to buy GLS 450 at the last minute sales manager came over and added additional& ******* to the car price I ask I dont want to add anything extra and he said you have to pay or you are not getting the car it was so disrespectful Me and my family will never buy the Mercedes again and will not recommend

RECALL ISSUE----- I went to Mercedes in Newport beach ( Fletcher ***** ) and the vehicle I recently purchased the car has a recall that NHTSA is saying they are waiting for Mercedes Benze to respond on how they want to clear this recall. I'm being told at NHTSA they have not received any update on this recall and they are willing to expedite in order for me to get my financing complete with my credit union... but they are stating Mercedes Benze needs to update them on how they are to resolve this RECALL issue. A MANUFACTURED ESL DEFECT UNFAIR TO THE CONSUMERS: I HAVE BEEN A MERCEDES BENZ CUSTOMER FOR OVER 35 YEARS, AND HAVE OWNED A 1973 280C, 1978 450SLC, 1999 C230 KOMPRESSOR, AND NOW MY CURRENT 2008 C300 MODEL IN THIS DEFECTIVE VEHICLE COMPLAINT.
