I was looking at a couple cars on their website. I called the dealer and spoke to Clinton. I told him my situation about me having to drive 5 hours to pick up the car so I put a hold on the cars over the phone. The next day I went to the dealer the car was not yet ready so I waited in the beautiful lounge. I was waited on and asked all the time how I was doing. Great team from sales all the way to today's service work!
Fairly new ML350 had an engine misfire and nearly stalled. Engine light came on. Got it to the MB dealer in west Chester where we bought it. The explanation....bad gas!!! Jason (in service) says it's that wawa has bad gas and we might have this problem again. Btw, I never even said we use wawa gas. So now we have to decide....what do we like more? Wawa or Mercedes benz of west Chester. Easy call.
