RecommendedMB of WC has serviced my GLA since I purchased it new in 2015. The service team is always very professional and happily answer my extensive list of questions. The car has been great through the years. I recently had a unusual service issue. The WC team advocated with MB for me and we were able to come to a mutually fair resolution. I appreciate that they make suggestions that prevent potential problems. Still love the car but when I am ready, my service experience will factor into considering MB of WC again.
The service department is my recommendation. Sure the services are pricey, but they are top notch, completed correctly the first time through.
