We had made an appointment, then stood around for twenty minutes before somebody finally came out and told us the agent was gone elsewhere. We were handed off to two other people. Good and complete service
Recently had another great experience with upgrading my Mercedes. Salesman was very attentive, found the model I was looking for and expedited the process. I have been a customer of West Chester since moving to Delaware County over 10 years ago and never have been disappointed.
Just left the Mercedes dealership of west Chester with my mom we were coming in to a buy a truck today. We received no service nobody ever came out to greet us. They made it obvious that as African Americans they didn’t take is seriously as buyers. We took our money across the street to Volvo to get X90 instead.
Great staff. Sales and service outstanding
