Very professional, accommodating, and welcoming. My saleswoman Paris was a delight to work with. Very knowledgeable of the vehicle, great negotiator, and just a breath of fresh air from some of the other pushy sales people.
They just want your money, not for your wellbeing or satisfaction. If you're not getting the top of the line, you're just wasting your money. How can a "high end car" don't have remote start with key fob? That's my experience with this brand. Very disappointed and hope that I can actually help someone before they make same mistake I made and dont throw your money away. Check out other cars that you can get everything, including luxury and versatility. 4runner limited, etc.
This dealership is by far the best I have been to and dealt with. Bob, my salesman and Steve the sales manager are both honest, patient and caring. They give you the best possible deal they can and do not hold back. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. I live in NJ and drive two hours to get to them because they are so profession. The customer service is five stars and so are the deals. DO NOT HESITATE TO TRY THIS DEALERSHIP THEY ARE AMAZING!!

Sucks. They tell you no problem we deal with over 20 banks and I can get u in the car then they email you and tell u that u need a huge down payment even with a trade in. I went to another Mercedes dealer and they put me in the vehicle I wanted for 500 down and my trade in. Stay away. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. Especially from someone who worked in a dealership for over 20 years. STAY AWAY
