Most excellent! I am a longtime Mercedes owner, (and currently have two SL's including an AMG.) and was on vacation with my nephews recently, (aged 14 and 10), and decided to swing by and appreciate some cool cars. I was there for 5 hours for a rear break pad and rotor repair. When I asked how long it would take they told me a couple of hrs. Then a couple of hrs past, then they told me that it would be another hr. Then that hr past and told me it would be another hr and a half. I went in at 9:15 and got out at 2:30.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I've been a customer with Mercedes for 10+ years. My lease end on my vehicle was coming up so I went exploring. I called the sales department at MB WC and I got Valante. I expressed to Valante my needs and wants. I was a little hard on him because I was undecided. He showed me options and vehicles that fit what I wanted and in my price range. He was very patient and courteous with me even though at times I got frustrated. This service center is very friendly & provides excellent customer service! The amenities provided was very convenient at this place and a great waiting area with multiple tv station to enjoy a good show or multiple personal business stations to handle on the go work. Paul was a fantastic serviceman & took very good care of me & my vehicle!
You should drug test your service techs... and teach them they shouldn’t beat up young girls!!!!!
As I sit at the dealer for a tire pressure check I realize I never sent in a review for Travis Thomas,the best sales consultant at this dealership . Of course he was extremely knowledgeable about the product and very professional , but I consider those to be the standard of a Mercedes representative . Travis exceeds the standard . He was patient, pleasant , proactive and never made me feel “dumb” or needy ! If you want to get the product YOU want and work with the best consultant ask for Travis Thomas .
