Dishonest, rude and incompetent. They had my car 5 days without ever looking at it. When I refused to pay over $2,000 on a repair they refused to let me tow my car back to Delaware until I paid the diagnostic fee. Even when I explained that the car was towed to them by the dealer I purchased it from not myself and that I hadn't even been consulted. .

I am shopping for a Mercedes Benz; was on the lot for over 30 minutes; several employees on the premises-no one even greeted me. I got in my car, drove up to the side lot; saw this sales person changing plates on a car and told her that I had been there for over 30 minutes and no one had asked if I needed help...she said she would help me, I said, no thanks-I will spend my money someplace else. Guess they figured since I am black; I'm a looker, well I will look and buy someplace else.
