I received poor quality service to my car and poor quality customer service. I ended up getting a refund of my nearly 2k dollar bill after going back and forth for months with the attorney general and BBB. I have received messages on Yelp of others facing the same issues of problems claiming to be fixed but not actually being fixed.
This place is a prime example of what customer service should be my self and a friend of mine called Mr Joe Panzica at about 8:30pm last night The dealership was closed and Mr Panzica was on his way home when he received the call that my pal wanted to come make a purchase Joe didn't waste any time he returned to the store awaited for us to arrive around 9:30 and he was extremely humble and courteous through our entire visit my buddy was over joyed with West Chester and Mr Panzica if you want a real life genuine Mercedes Benz... read more

Wow just had the best experience buying our new Mercedes Benz. Clint our salesman and Joe in finance were the best!! This deal was done over the phone with no issues. By the way we live in Beachwood NJ(not near by) and the dealers in my area were unwilling to work and find the exact car I wanted. I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting a new Mercedes Right from the start Clint listened to what I wanted for my wife's new car. After 2 phone calls the deal was made!
