Excellent service Chrissy kept me informed along the way and got me a loaner car at the point when I needed it. Getting in and out was quick and easy so I didn’t have to wait long which was great. My vehicle was thoroughly serviced with the necessary items fixed and it came out sparkling clean. Thank you!

E300 The car was clean and ready when I arrived. They actually kept in the showroom overnight. The paperwork was largely ready for me and the process was easy. No major pushing to upsell service plans or use their financing once I'd declined. Left with a full tank of gas, a tote, mug, and a nice bottle of wine.

Good Service at San Antonio, TX Mercedes Benz In washing my car a brush took off my right side mirror. They were able to fix it the next morning and gave me a car to take home that night.

C300 Mercedes I had to have my car towed in on a Saturday afternoon. Jeff was very helpful over the phone that day and then in person when I picked up my car. He kept me informed on everything from what was wrong, when the parts were ordered, when received and completed. Overall, a great experience!

Paco was Great! Paco was the best service advisor that I have personally ever dealt with. He was very relatable. Not trying to make a sale, but more so, putting the customer first! He is the only reason why we stayed and had the work done at MBofSA! Also, having a loaner for the duration of the work was a huge plus, thank you for going above and beyond for your customers!
